DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASES OF OUR ANALYTICAL SOLUTION SAIMA AUTOMOTIVE

Phase I: Control and analysis of business operations

In this phase, the information silos within the organization are organized, integrating in a unified way all the data extracted from the DMS, Quieter, ICAR, CRM (Imaweb, Salesforce, etc.) and any other necessary source of analysis (HR System, IT Ticketing System, Excels, Google, etc.). In this way, the user has a business analytical layer that helps improve commercial and operational management.

Phase II: Finance and Budgeting

Once the first phase has been implemented, we introduce all the reports and financial dashboards, both at an analytical and at an accounting level, as well as the integration of budget templates (new and already existing).

In this way, we generate simulation scenarios, contribution workflows (for example: Company > Concession > Department Manager, etc.) in such a way that we can analyze in real time the consolidated information at the highest level of detail. This type of contribution also allows easy Top Down and Bottom Up budgeting.
